Q: Why do I need DuckieBank we now have in game Guild Vaults/Banks
A: This is true, but if you have not noticed already these guild vaults are extremely expensive. In our guild we use both. We have 4 tabs and 6-8 DuckieBankers. The duckiebankers manage the tabs, all deposits are mailed to the duckiebankers. This helps filter and keep 'junk' out of the expensive easy to access tabs. The Duckiebankers stock the guild vault tabs, and maintain inventory to restock with. It also serves as a safe place to keep very expensive items you wouldn't want someone taking with out a discussion, since the item can be requested but a banker must fill the request.

Q: My bank-contents does not show up in the DuckieBank window, but I can see
my bag-contents there.
A: Up to DuckieBank v2.36, most bag-modifier addons does not work with
DuckieBank when used on your banker character. Switch any such addons off for
the banker. You can leave them enabled on any other characters.
DuckieBank v2.40 will support most such addons.

Q: I have promoted my guild-banker(s) to the rank of "Banker", but they do not
show up in DuckieBank.
A: Firstly, make sure you relog the banker character after being promoted to
banker. If it still does not work, you may have the following problem:
There are issues with WoW servers/clients that does not return correct rank
for characters. To verify if this is your problem, type this command:
"/db debug server" (without the quotes). Log your banker off. When you log
back in, DuckieBank will type in the chat window which rank was found for the
character. If this the reported rank wrong (usually the previous rank), have
your banker leave the guild, relog the banker, invite the banker back in to
the guild, promote it to the "Banker" rank and relog the banker again. This
usually works as it does seem to force an update from the WoW server.

Q: I have set up the banker(s) in the officers note, but it does not work.
A: Firstly, make sure you relog the banker character after the note has been
edited. Your GM must also give the banker character permission to read the
officer's note.

Q: Why dont you show the contents of the in-game guild vault?
A: Mostly because at this point we do not see a benefit of it. DuckieBank permits you to view the inventory of multiple bankers the guild vault has this functionality already built in plus its own security controls.

Q: What is DuckNet?
A: DuckNet is a communications API. It handles all of the commutation between DuckieBank Clients. DuckNet is required for DuckieBank to function. We distribute the most recent compatible version of DuckNet with DuckieBank for your convenience. DuckNet is developed and maintained by Evil Duck and not the Passion Development team.
